KS2 Year 6- Developing motivational skills to achieve in Year 6 and to successfully to secondary school

 

Drama Therapy

Therapeutic support to young people and children within social services, health and education. Issues of trauma, mental health, self esteem, behaviour and abuse are addressed in an indirect and client-led process that draws on ritual theatre, art and storytelling as methods of communication, discovery and ultimately healing- Delivered through an Associate

Relaxation

Workshops aimed at helping young people cope with stress in their personal and in their learning lives, especially useful at exam time!- Delivered through an Associate

Basic Home Maintenance

Simple and basic instruction in home plumbing, heating and electrics. Basic skills to replace a fuse, fix a leak and bleed a radiator are part of this practical workshop. Essential for young people living on their own for the first time!- Delivered through YouTurn
