Tim Hall

Tim has had an extremely broad and varied work life spanning several career changes. Starting out as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary Service, Tim then came ashore and worked in Honeywell for 15 years where he spent time in Operational Management, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources. Tim has been running his own businesses in coaching and training since 2002.

Initially starting out working with adults, Tim broadened his coaching and training to include working with young people in 2003. Tim first became interested in helping young people reach their potential when he was managing the apprentice programme within the HR Dept at Honeywell in 1995. Since that time Tim has grown his coaching, training and personal development skills working with individuals and teams across the UK.

In 2003 Tim became interested in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and since then has gained diplomas in NLP for Coaching, NLP in Education, NLP at Work and has also achieved the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certificates.

Tim is a Director of YoungBiz YBUK, a Ltd Company which works with schools and other organisations delivering training programmes to children, teenagers and young adults in Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy. YoungBiz YBUK has International links and Tim regularly trains trainers and young people both at home and abroad.

Tim is CRB checked for working with children and teenagers and is Certified by The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA).

Now running BeGo Coaching & Training, Tim works with the education sector and private individuals inspiring them to learn and use simple coaching techniques for the benefit of themselves and those around them.
